Symptom:

When running InTime v3.1.3 in Windows, an "Import umap ..." never seems to complete (more than 5 minutes).

This may be due to the presence of a __pycache__ folder in "C:\Program Files\Plunify\InTime\v3.1.3\bin\misc\scripts\python\Lib\site-packages\umap\".

Resolution:

  1. Open a File Explorer window. Navigate to "C:\Program Files\Plunify\InTime\v3.1.3\bin\misc\scripts\python\Lib\site-packages\umap".
  2. Delete the __pycache__ folder.
  3. Restart InTime v3.1.3.
