How to fix “Problem accessing https://cloud.plunify.com”?

Symptom:

When using the FPGA Expansion Pack (FEP) or InTime (target: Plunify Cloud) after 8 Aug 2020, you may encounter an error message like this:

“Problem accessing https://cloud.plunify.com”

This is because the SSL certificate for our web domains has been renewed, and the copy in your local installation is no longer valid.

Resolution:

Download "client.truststore" from https://github.com/plunify/certificates/tree/master/2020-08-08 and replace the old version of "client.truststore" found in the agent/ folder in the <InTime/FEP installation directory>/.
Subsequent FEP/InTime releases will have the updated SSL certificate.
