How to fix “Problem accessing”?

When using the FPGA Expansion Pack (FEP) or InTime (target: Plunify Cloud) after 8 Aug 2020, you may encounter an error message like this:

“Problem accessing”

This is because the SSL certificate for our web domains has been renewed, and the copy in your local installation is no longer valid.


Download "client.truststore" from and replace the old version of "client.truststore" found in the agent/ folder in the <InTime/FEP installation directory>/.
Subsequent FEP/InTime releases will have the updated SSL certificate.
