Symptom:

When running the Hot Start recipe on InTime, the following warning about outdated model and data files may appear.

This happens when a new version of InTime has been installed, but you are still using an older version of Machine Learning-related model and data files for learning.

Resolution:

  1. Close InTime.
  2. Go to your session path folder. This is usually located at
    <user_home>/.plunify/<username_mac_address>/

or pointed to by your -custom_session_path argument if you had specified one.

  3. Delete the files
    • data.enc
    • models.enc
    • jobs.enc
  1. Re-open InTime and run the Hot Start recipe. These files will be recreated.

Applies to:

  • Linux Operating System
  • Windows Operating System
