Cause:
This is due to upgrade of InTime Server. When the new version of InTime Server is installed to a new directory, InTime still caches the old InTime Server directory path.
Resolution:
- In the Private Cloud Console, type the command .global.refresh
- Then click on "File->Settings", select "Run Targets". Click on Test And Configure button. Under the Server Parameters panel, the Server working directory should reflect the new directory.
Applies to:
- Linux Operating System
- Windows Operating System
