InTime Server returned the following error message: CheckSumException

69 views July 29, 2016 November 24, 2016 pohheng 0

This is due to upgrade of InTime Server. When the new version of InTime Server is installed to a new directory, InTime still caches the old InTime Server directory path.

  1. In the Private Cloud Console, type the command .global.refresh
  2. Then click on "File->Settings", select "Run Targets". Click on Test And Configure button. Under the Server Parameters panel, the Server working directory should reflect the new directory.

Applies to:

  • Linux Operating System
  • Windows Operating System
